Can't believe I didn't comment on that before. Black rat gurls in the comic, awesome, lool.
Jinx has been elevated to my favorite character. He is positively adorable in these few pages and you've handled his various stages of emotion very nicely. Very often, I find when I read comics, that characters all have one look you see more than any other and it's often the only expression you see from them. It makes everything so cardboard-feeling. That's the main reason comics have lost my interest in recent years. But in three pages alone, you've conveyed EXACTLY how Jinx is feeling, without him having to say it. Kudos.
And I gotta say it. I'm a sucker for old black and white movies so I'm really loving the feel of this. For me, black and white offers a layer of depth that color doesn't.
I really can't wait for you to pick this back up again because I'm seriously hooked and I want more. <3
