Learning that the "Praise Be To Yevon" gesture was the Blitzball victory pose, it became an inside joke with my sister and me (who played FFX right along with me) and we'd great each other with "Praise be to Yevon" but instead of the proposed gesture, we'd simulate spiking a football and performing an endzone dance. We were of that age where FF7 was a powerful story from our adolescence, but FFX was a fantastic chapter, too. We both played through that game and it's much criticized sequel to 100%, including the super happy ending. 35 minutes... Damn... I shall now go perform senpuku to retain my honor. I will write death poetry and mourn the beauty of the morning sunrise at dawn.
